Policies for Homebase Resort

At Homebase Resort, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for all our guests. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our policies, listed below, before making a reservation. These guidelines help facilitate a seamless and enjoyable experience during your time with us.

RESERVATIONS:

We offer the convenience of booking online or by phone. Choose the method that works best for you.

CANCELLATIONS:

If your plans change and you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.  If you cancel the week of your reservation we only refund the tax and cleaning portion of your stay. 

PETS:

We understand that pets are part of the family. They are welcome at Homebase Resort, but please note there is an additional fee.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in is available after 3:00 PM.
• Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
• We offer self check-in via a lockbox for your convenience.

MISCELLANEOUS:

• We aim to provide a peaceful experience for all guests. Therefore, we kindly request no parties or events.
• For the health and comfort of our guests, Homebase Resort is a smoke-free property.
